'Unexpected' Star McKayla Adkins Reveals She's Been Sterilized

Unexpected star McKayla Adkins just recently welcomed a new baby into her life. This is her third baby, and first with husband Ethan Tenney. After suffering a miscarriage, the two announced their rainbow baby and have been sharing updates on Instagram since. 

Now, McKayla is opening up about being sterilized.
